SAP HCM consultant

Role: ABAP Developer for SAP HCM

Rate: 320 e./MD or more, depends on experience

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years in practical ABAP development, specifically for SAP HCM.
• Experience with ESS/MSS (Employee Self-Service/Manager Self-Service) is highly preferred.
• Additional skills in SAP HCM Time-Management would be a significant advantage.

Language Skills:

• English is mandatory.
• German is optional but beneficial.

Work Environment:

• This is a remote-only position.
• Candidate must be based in the EU, with preference for locations such as Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, or Croatia.

Key Competencies:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, essential for client interactions.
• Ability to structure work effectively and proficiently write documents.
• Skilled in communicating with business personnel (HR) who have limited technical understanding.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Engaging in new development, expansion, and adaptation in SAP HCM, including work on infotypes, user exits, and BAdi’s (Business Add-Ins).
• Involvement in data migration projects using tools like LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench).
